Salsa 2 go was founded in 2006 by Maryann Kilgallon in Orlando FL. From the start she knew she wanted to serve up her family's tasty salsa for everyone to enjoy, she started making orders for her friends and co-workers and soon realized everyone wanted some. Her humble beginings brought her to the UCF Arena, where she met with Stadium Food Mangement to get her foot in the door, they were so pleased that she was asked to place two nacho kiosk in the stadium. After two seasons she was invited to bring her salsa and nachos to the UCF campus full time for all to enjoy.
Every batch of our salsa has been prepared with our special recipe and plenty of love for your enjoyment. We have a passion for quality and tasty healthy food, our tacos and nachos are known to cause "addictive behavor" in a good way of course.
